How much is an arrangement?

$300 is our flat fee for an arrangement. This price is independent of complexity or special requests.

Is $300 a good deal?

You bet. Other services charge a lot of money based on complexity, length, number of voice parts, and other variables. Our belief is that you should get a great arrangement no matter how long or complex the song. We like the challenge. Going with another service will cost you anywhere between $200 and $1,000.

How much are your other services?

All other a cappella services are priced on a "Per Hour" basis. We can work with you to develop a free estimate of any service you would like.

How long will it take for an arrangement to arrive at my door?

Typically an arrangement will take two weeks from the day that all specifics are agreed upon. Arrangements are packaged as digital files, thus there is no lag time between us finishing a song and you receiving it. If you request delivery in less than two weeks there may be a small additional fee.

Can any group request an arrangement?

Of course. Custom Acappella arrangers have arranged for male, female, and coed groups ranging from High School to Semi-Professional.

If we record a CA arrangement do you take royalties?

Nope. All that we ask if that you send us a CD or mp3 with the recorded version of our song on it.

What will I get once an arrangement is done?

You will be e-mailed: A .pdf version of the sheet music (with syllables and other notation). MIDI files of the entire arrangement as well as each voice part by themselves. A .mus file in case you would like to look at the sheet music via Finale Notepad or some other composition software. Any other forms of delivery (physical recordings of voice parts, data CD of these files, etc.) are free of charge but must be agreed upon before the arrangement is begun.
